Where is Custom Screen Print located and hours of operation?

customnow.com is an online printing t-shirt company located in Miami, FL. We are available at (786) 955-6378 Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST, or email us at support@customnow.com.

How do you print your custom t-shirts?

We use a method called Silkscreen Printing. It includes a stenciling technique that involves printing ink through stencils stretched across a frame called a screen. Every color on the artwork is applied singly using a different screen. The more complex the colors on the artwork are, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required.

How is my price determined?

Your final price is a calculation of the following: Blank product price + design charges + quantity

How many do I have to order?

The minimum order is 12 pcs and the more you order, the lower the prices plunge! So if you’ve got a large market, the shirts will be incredibly cheap. For example, 1000 shirts with your own custom design could be as low as $3-5 each (depending on tshirt chosen and number of colors in design).

Can I get a sample before I order?

We know how important it is to find the right quality tshirt for your design. Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Email us at support@customnow.com with the product you are interested in and we will be happy to ship you a sample, typically for a small fee plus shipping costs. We are also available to answer any questions regarding material, sizing, fit etc. and make recommendations based on particular needs. Click here to view our recent printed work.

Ordering Samples

Most of our customers are at ease knowing that in addition to seeing a proof email of their artwork, our designers review every order in detail. However, we know that in some cases, a printed sample is the best option. A sample printed with your custom design is automatically sent for orders over 250 pieces (or $2,500) as part of the approval process. For orders of less then 250 pieces you are still able to have a printed sample sent for a non-refundable $75.00 fee.

How does your sizing work?

Custom Screen Print works with the top brands of basics to bring you variety and quality styles. Each product has width and length measurements for each size to assist you in picking the right size for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service reps at support@customnow.com to make recommendations or answer any questions you have about a particular style.

Can I upload my own artwork into the design studio?

Of course! Custom Screen Print was created for those who want their designs to come to life!

What format am I allowed to upload my artwork in?

We allow SVG, JPEG or PNG. High resolution is always the best route. The higher the DPI (dots per inch) the better.

How can I get help with my design?

I want to print on a sleeve. Is that possible?

What kind of artwork is acceptable?

Here at Custom Now, we want everyone to have full creative expression! But to ensure that we continue to be enjoyed by everyone, we have a few guidelines that we ask you to respect.

We CANNOT accept the following:

  • Any text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy/publicity.
  • Text or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity that is not artistic in nature
  • Text or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse
  • Excessive violence
  • Content that is libelous or defamatory
  • Content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful
  • Hate speech
  • Content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or disability
  • Content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law

Any orders that are viewed as unacceptable by the rules above, or deemed offensive at the sole judgment of Custom Now, will be cancelled and removed from production with or without notice.

Can I select different styles/sizes of garments in the same order?

Yes. Once you finish your first design, choose the sizes and quantity you would like and add to cart. Once the first design is in your shopping cart, it is saved and you could start on your next design by choosing a new product. Once all of your designs are in your shopping cart, click Checkout to submit your order with multiple styles/sizes/designs.

How do I save a design for later?

It’s pretty simple! If you have a design you like but are not ready to order, just click on the “Save Design” in our design center. You will then be prompted to either sign in, or make an account with us. Once you’re ready to view your saved designs, you can easily click on the “Upload Design” tab and find all of your past uploaded artwork.

How can I be sure my artwork will be centered?

One of the great things about our design center, is the functionality! Once you upload your artwork, it will automatically be centered onto the product. If you need to move it up or down a little, there will be blue guidelines helping you keep the adjustments in center. But don’t worry, our design experts will always notify you to make sure your artwork is aligned on your shirts exactly the way you want it.

What happens after I place my order?

We make sure every order that is placed, gets a full review with our design experts prior to production. We look out for the color contrasts, quality of design, spelling errors and other mistakes including image centering. (click here to view the order process) Once we thoroughly inspect your order, our design team will always email you an updated proof image of your artwork and corrections for your final approval. We NEVER proceed without your permission.

Can you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently Custom Now only ships domestic US orders through our site. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@customnow.com for a shipping quote since every country has different rates and customs.

When will I receive my order?

Because we know the urgency of having your shirts delivered in time for any occasion, we made sure to create 3 great shipping options to fulfill your needs!

Assures your order will be delivered within 7 business days.

What is your return policy?

All custom printed merchandise sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns.


If you would like to return non-customized merchandise, you must request a Return Authorization (RMA) Number no later than 14 days after the receipt of the item(s) which will is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping partner or the date of pick up for orders picked up at our Miami location. All returns past 14 days after receipt of item(s) will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

We are determined to leave all of our customers 100% satisfied. Therefore, CustomNow.com ensures that all orders are filled accurately and on time, and are of the highest quality. CustomNow.com accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by CustomNow.com merchandise for one of the following reasons:

  • The blank items themselves are materially flawed;
  • The quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations
