Screen Printing

How does it work, and what is it best for?

Screen printing is best for large quantity orders of artwork that is up to 6 colors. Actual screens are used in the process: each color of the design first has to be separated, and cut into the screen to make a stencil for the ink. Very detailed precision is necessary to align each color and cut into the screen. Ink is then spread over each screen onto the clothing creating the final design.

Screen printing is great for more than just shirts. Print on pants, shorts, leggings, jackets, bags, caps, bandanas, blankets, tablecloths, napkins, and more.

Custom screen printing is our specialty. We have excelled in manipulating the screen printing process by using different size mesh and screens to achieve the impossible!
