Screen Printing

What is it, how does it work, and what is it best for?

Let's get right down to it. Screen Printing is best for large quantity orders of artwork that is up to 6 colors. Here is why: Actual screens are used in the process! Speaking technically, here's what you need to know: each color of the design first has to be separated. Next, the separated colors have to be cut into the screen to make a stencil for the ink. Very detailed precision is necessary to align each separated color properly to be cut into the screen. Ink is then spread over each screen onto the clothing creating the final design.

Screen printing is great for more than just shirts. Print on pants, shorts, leggings, jackets, bags, caps, bandanas, blankets, tablecloths, napkins, and more. If we don't have it, we'll find it. Our goal is to bring YOUR idea to life!
